“With flipflop wines, we have embraced the movement toward individualistic expression, instead of manufacturing wines into some cookie-cutter style that’s all the rage. Our goal is to craft expressive, well-balanced wines that evoke just what the grapes inside intended, without being over-wrought or over-explained, and that can be enjoyed at any occasion.”
Clearly adults still having a glass of milk with their chocolate chip cookies has never had flipflop Wine’s Pinot Noir. This is definitely one amazing Pinot Noir. I had been impressed with their last two wines that I had tried but now we were entering the red zone, and that is the hardest to please me at. I can taste a cheap bottle of red anywhere and I was completely surprised when I had my first sip of this Pinot Noir. “WHAT!? I can’t believe this bottle in only $7! Seriously?” Is what I excitedly yelled to a friend. This was the perfect blend of light and soothing flavors mixed with a little bit of spice to only end in one prodigious taste.
If you are not that big on red wines, you seriously MUST try flipflop Wines Pinot Noir. It’s a great way to introduce you to a red wine without it being overpowering. Like stated on the back of the bottle, this is defintely a wine I would pair with white meats, seafood and yes.. definitely chocolate chip cookies… YUM!
As if this wine wasn’t great enough, check out how they are giving back.
