Hit The Snooze Button
You may be someone or know someone who would sell an organ just for a few extra winks of sleep. So many individuals are struggling with sleep deprivation and mucked up sleep schedules these days that the snooze button has become your best friend. Sadly, your best friend is also your mortal enemy.
The best thing to do when the alarm clock starts to buzz is to launch yourself (not literally) from the bed and get moving. Yes, it s hard. However, going back to sleep once you have been startled awake is only going to make you feel more exhausted and mess with your sleep cycle.
To correct it, just get up. Make it a habit. You will find the quality of your sleep gets better over time if you don t hit snooze.
