Decreased Chance of Heart Disease
To this day, heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death in the United States. 1 in every 4 deaths is related to heart disease, not cancer or diabetes. A 2013 research review concluded that coffee has a beneficial outcome on cardiovascular diseases, including stroke, heart disease, congestive heart failure, and arrhythmias.
Another study that took place in South Korea looked at over 25,000 men and women. The researchers noted that individuals who drank 3-5 cups of coffee per day had less coronary artery calcium and showed less signs of developing heart disease. Perhaps that is because of the essential nutrients present in brewed bean juice: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.
