The Sparkling Moscato is a deliciously refreshing wine with hints of luscious berry fruit flavors and a light, fresh taste. Simply chill and enjoy it with friends.
Fresh, fragrant raspberry and strawberry aromas with hints of pear.
Light and refreshing with red summer berry flavors. The wine is elegantly balanced on the palate with the fine bubbles and a crisp finish creating a tantalizing drinking experience.
First released in July 2009.
Serve chilled. Enjoy with soft cheeses such as Brie or blue Costello.

Grapes are harvested early in vintage when they have fresh varietal flavours and high natural acidity.
Fruit is harvested in the cool of night with each batch gently pressed and fermented separately. Secondary fermentation adds subtle creamy complexity and gives the wine its attractive fine gas bead and mousse.
Alcohol: 9.0% alc/vol.

1 oz Beefeater 24
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Simple syrup
.25 oz Cr me de Mure
2 oz Jacob’s Creek Sparking Rose Moscato
Build all ingredients in a highball glass over crushed ice. Top with Jacobs Creek Sparkling Rose Moscato
and garnish with a blackberry.

.25 oz Egg White (dry shaken)
1 Sage Leaf
1.5 oz Rhum JM Rhum Agricole
.5 oz Aperol
.75 Grapefruit Juice
.5 Lime Juice
.5 Cane Syrup
1 oz Jacobs Creek Sparkling Rose Moscato
Serve in a rocks glass. Top with Jacobs Creek Sparkling Rose Moscato and garnish with sage leaf.
