“Patriotic Pops”

Today’s post is one that the kids will sure love… Patriotic Pops!

These might be a little more complicated than the other recipes, simply because molds are most likely needed. However, you can also use dixie cups or regular popsicle molds. I won’t tell.

You can make a variety of pops. You can use Cranberry Juice Cocktail, White Cranberry Juice or Blueberry Juice Cocktail… or try all 3 for a red, white and blue mix of fun! :)

Patriotic Pops

2 1/4 cups Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail or White Cranberry Juice Drink or Blueberry Juice Cocktail
6 frozen pop molds, 3 ounces each
6 wooden craft sticks

Pour juice cocktail into molds. Insert craft sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until completely firm.

To serve, dip outsides of molds into warm water to loosen.

Makes 6 pops.

I remember those popsicle makers from my childhood! I’ll have to find some more for my boys.
