3 Cheese Flatbread Pizza

INGREDIENTS
Flatout Flatbread
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1 cup shredded fontina cheese (4 oz)
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)

1. Heat oven to 400 F. Spray 2 large cookie sheets with cooking spray. Place 2 flatbreads on each cookie sheet; brush evenly with oil. Bake 2 minutes.
2. Remove flatbreads from oven. Increase oven temperature to 450 F. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on each flatbread. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup fontina cheese, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

4 Flatout Thin Crust Flatbread
8 ounces chicken, cooked, cut in pieces
1 large red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoons boursin cheese (cream cheese with herb or garlic seasoning)
4 ounces gruyere cheese, shredded
1 cup barbecue sauce, your favorite brand

Same directions as above. Cook chicken before adding to pizza, of course! Enjoy :)
