Earlier on Instagram, I posted about these Slow Cooked Steak Fajitas that I made today… and just had to share the end result.
Grassfed steaks (one for each person in your family)
sliced bell pepper
sliced sweet peppers
seasoning mix (garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt/pepp)
12 ozs salsa (of your choice).
Slice & dice all your veggies. Cut your steak into stripes. Add in your seasonings. Salsa.
Cook on low for 4-5 hrs or high for 3-4.
They were delish! Seriously. My husband was pleasantly surprised the steak was tender and falling apart! There is nothing like rough steak in fajitas. This was so yummy and EASY that I will definitely be putting it into rotation.
