I love diffusing essential oils. I don’t use these much for anything else but diffusing them is one of my favorite things. This recipe is perfect for bedtime. If you have a hard time sleeping or can’t shut off your mind, this may truly help calm you.
- 2 drops Neroli
- 2 drops Frankincense
- 3 drops Lemon essential oil
Neroli is one of the few essential oils to be scientifically proven to increase serotonin production in the brain, which makes us feel content and cheerful.
Often called the “king of oils,” frankincense promotes feelings of peace and overall wellness.
Lemon is uplifting.
These 3 combined makes the perfect relaxation remedy.
