Cocktail Corner: Crisp Apple & Bacon Cocktail





Angry Orchard,  America’s best-selling hard cider brand, is giving you a new way to enjoy this nationwide obsession with nothing other than a delicious hard cider cocktail – Bacon Me Angry to be exact.

We already know that Angry Orchard hard cider and pork makes a great food pairing, but Angry Orchard’s resident mixologist, Hayley Jenson of Taproom 307 in New York City, has brought this classic combination to a cocktail for just the right mix of sweet and salty.

Crisp Apple & Bacon Cocktail

  • 1 oz. bacon infused vodka
  • Splash maple syrup
  • Dash of bitters
  • 4 oz. Angry Orchard Crisp Apple

 

Method: Stir over ice, strain into a glass (martini suggested), garnish with a brandied cherry and small strip of bacon.
