Easy Portobello Mushroom Burgers

This hearty meat-free meal is sure to please even the hungriest carnivore.


Organic Portobello Mushrooms
Campari Tomatoes
Red Onion
Organic Green Leaf Lettuce
Feta Cheese (I chose tomato and basil feta cheese)
Whole Wheat Buns

Sautee organic portobello mushroom caps in olive oil until soft.
Place them onto toasted buns.
Add feta cheese, lettuce, Compari tomatoes, onion and cucumber.
Serve with delicious rice and veggie fries.
