A classic Patty Melt combines savory beef with your choice of cheese, rye bread, and caramelized onions. Here, we do the work of slow-cooking the onions, so all you have to do is heat the patty and assemble with cheese and bread.
1 Ball Park Flame Grilled Beef and Onion Patty
2 slices rye bread
2 slices American, cheddar, or Swiss cheese
Ketchup or yellow mustard, for dipping
Heat beef patty following package directions.
Toast bread until golden brown.
Place one slice of cheese onto each slice toasted bread. Top one side with heated patty and join two halves to make a sandwich. Serve with ketchup or mustard for dipping, if desired.
