Dice up 4-5 cloves of garlic and saut in a little olive oil for about 30 seconds.
Use a slotted spoon to scoop out the garlic and toss it into a ziploc freezer bag with the chips and shake carefully. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes and sprinkle a little parsley in the bag and shake one more time.
Other variations can include: Parmesan Garlic Potato Chips, Sea Salt, Garlic & Black Pepper.
