Cocktail Corner: Diablo Splash

DIABLO SPLASH

Ingredients:
2 oz Camarena Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Heavy Bar Spoon Agave Nectar
2 oz Ginger Beer
1 oz California Cabernet Sauvignon

Directions:
Build the cocktail by pouring tequila, lime juice, agave nectar and ginger beer in a highball glass in the order listed. Stir the ingredients together, add ice, then float 1 oz of Cabernet Sauvignon on top.
